Therese’s healing work is deeply personal and guided by prayer. Rather than approaching each person with a fixed method, she listens, discerns, and works with the practices that feel most appropriate for what is present.
Her sessions may draw from hands-on or remote healing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, sound healing, crystal work, chakra clearing, spiritual clearing, generational healing, Akashic Records guidance, prayer, and other healing traditions she has studied over many years.
At the center of the work is a simple intention: to help clear what may be standing in the way of peace, forgiveness, wholeness, and a deeper relationship with God.

Spiritual Clearing
Therese works with individuals, homes, land, and other spaces where something feels heavy, unsettled, or spiritually out of balance.
This work may include prayer, energetic clearing, entity removal, cord pulling, and other forms of spiritual discernment intended to help restore a greater sense of peace, clarity, and order.
Generational Healing
Some patterns can feel larger than one lifetime or one individual experience.
Therese’s generational healing work focuses on patterns, burdens, wounds, and relational dynamics that may appear to move through family lines. Through prayer, discernment, forgiveness, and spiritual clearing, the intention is to help release what no longer needs to be carried forward.
Chakra Clearing
Therese may work with the chakra system when she senses areas of congestion, depletion, or imbalance.
Chakra clearing may be incorporated into a broader healing session and can include prayer, energy work, sound, crystals, and intuitive guidance, depending on what is appropriate for the individual.
Akashic Records & Mystical Guidance
Akashic Records sessions offer a space for deeper reflection, insight, and spiritual guidance.
Therese approaches this work prayerfully, helping people explore recurring patterns, relationships, life themes, and questions that may be asking for greater understanding or release.
Sound Healing
Therese has trained in multiple forms of sound healing and works with Tibetan bowls and other instruments to create deeply restorative one-on-one experiences.
Sound sessions may be used on their own or woven into a broader healing session to support rest, release, prayer, and integration.
Crystal Healing
Therese has an extensive relationship with crystals and minerals and uses them intuitively within her healing work.
She may incorporate specific stones into a session or help select a crystal for a person based on what she senses may be supportive for them at that time.
Remote Healing
Therese also offers distance sessions for those who cannot work with her in person.
These sessions may include prayer, energetic healing, spiritual clearing, chakra work, generational healing, Akashic guidance, or other forms of support depending on the individual.
Forgiveness & Release
Forgiveness is woven through much of Therese’s work.
This may mean releasing resentment toward another person, finding compassion for oneself, loosening attachments to old experiences, or clearing patterns that continue to keep someone connected to pain.
The intention is not to erase what happened, but to help remove what no longer needs to be carried.
